By using the Site, the User agrees to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations of their country of residence.

Neractive reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site.

2. Product Nature and Regulatory Notice

Products offered under the Neractive brand:

  • Are not medicinal products
  • Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
  • Have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA (USA), MHRA (UK), or EFSA (EU)

All product descriptions and content provided on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

3. Health Disclaimer

This product should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with diabetes, people taking blood-thinning medications, or anyone who is allergic to any of the fruits contained in this product.

All such charges and obligations are the sole responsibility of the User.

Neractive is not responsible for delays, seizures, refusals, or destruction of shipments due to customs regulations in the destination country.

7. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the User once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or force majeure events.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of Neractive products, which are sealed consumable dietary supplements, returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted once the product seal has been opened or tampered with.

For hygiene, health protection, and product safety reasons, products that have been:

  • Opened
  • Unsealed
  • Used
  • Damaged

are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Replacement may only be provided if the product was delivered with an expiration date that had already passed at the time of delivery

Nothing in this section shall limit or affect any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under the laws of the User’s country of residence.

9. Intellectual Property

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the User’s country of residence shall remain unaffected.
