Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand or limited production batches, processing times may occasionally extend.
Shipping Method
All international shipments are delivered via DHL Express, one of the world’s most trusted international logistics providers.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 2–4 business days
- North America: 3–5 business days
- Middle East: 2–4 business days
- Other international destinations: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures and the destination country.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Neractive does not have control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Returns & Eligibility
Due to the nature of Neractive products as sealed consumable dietary supplements, returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been dispatched.
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, products that have been:
- opened
- unsealed
- used
- damaged
are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
A replacement may only be considered under the following condition:
Expired Product on Delivery
If a product is delivered with an expiration date that had already passed at the time of delivery, the customer may request a replacement.
To request a replacement, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Customers must also provide:
- order number
- clear photos of the product and expiration date
- description of the issue
Once verified, Neractive may arrange a replacement shipment.
